 Illumina NextSeq 2000 sequencing

Illumina NextSeq 2000 instrument uses four types of sequencing settings: P1, P2, P3, P4 and can generate reads of various lengths. Libraries can be sequenced in either single-read (SR) or paired-end (PE) mode.
