The MGH NGS core provides services to the entire research community inside or outside of MGH/MGB.
Services include:
• Single cell library construction: from fresh, frozen, FFPE, formaldehyde-fixed cells
• Sequencing on Illumina NextSeq 2000 or MiSeq
• Tapestation and related services
• Analysis through Bioinformatics Core
